CUP | CHAT | BREW

This approx three hour coffee gathering is broken into one hour sections -

CUP = A tool used to evaluate roasted coffee, for consistency, creating a roast profile, will have a selection of juxtaposed beans on the table as well as different roast levels.

CHAT = All things coffee, from sourcing, a little bit of agronomy, how we create a roast list and of course a bit about roasting.

BREW = How to get the best from your beans, you can get behind an espresso machine and discuss all brew methods.

To help soak up all the coffee we will be having cake breaks and you get to take a bag of your favourite beans/grounds to brew at home.
