£25,00 per person 3 hours of all things coffee, split into chunks, covering roasting, sourcing, cupping & finally getting behind the espresso machine. Be prepared to drink coffee, learn and chat loads, up your brewing skills, with some like-minded people. Cake and a Tin of beautiful beans included ! MAY DATES TO BE RELEASED

CUP | CHAT | BREW

This approx three hour coffee gathering is broken into one hour sections -

CUP = A tool used to evaluate roasted coffee, for consistency, creating a roast profile, will have a selection of juxtaposed beans on the table as well as different roast levels..

CHAT = All things coffee, from sourcing, a little bit of agronomy, how we create a roast list and of course a bit about roasting.

BREW = How to get the best from your beans, you can get behind an espresso machine and discuss all brew methods.

To help soak up all the coffee we will be having cake breaks and you get to take a CLAN refill tin with your favourite beans!
